Even with the military’s celebrity PR unit recently shutting down, ROK Army has not completely cut its ties to K-pop.In October, they will once again be holding their biggest army festival.This year they have chosen girl group, Girl’s Day, as their honorary ambassador.
Under the banner and slogan of ‘Reliable Army. Fine Army. Alongside with Citizens’, the festival will be held across five days on October 2nd through the 6th. It will be held at Gyeeryong city in Choongnam.
According to the event website, the scheduled event will include exhibitions of military skills. So if you’ve always wondered what Korean men learn and do during their stints in the military, this will be a good event to check out if you’re in Korea in October.
Girl’s Day seems to have started a streak of being ambassadors of patriotism with member Minah’s heartfelt rendition of the national anthem at a recent event. They get to do more than that and also give strength to their country’s soldiers for this festival.

Look at me" along with a picture. In the picture, Yoora is looking at a dog that is lying down on a chair. But despite Yoora's consistent tries, the dog is not even looking at her, as if to say that he's not interested.
